I did some trailwork with the GMC and then hiked all three Stratton Mountains.
On the way to the shelter on Friday I got briefly offtrail. On Saturday it was very hot and the black flies were out in force.
This was the first time I'd ever been on Little Stratton or North Stratton. Little Stratton was a short, but steep and hobblebushy, bushwhack. North Stratton is a ski resort. There was no skiing, but the gondola was running, and I was able to get a soda at the little restaurant there.
